Public - private partnership (PPP)

In the area of public-private partnerships, we provide legal assistance to both public and private entities. We analyze legal risks and possible models for cooperation (based on the PPP formula, the concessions formula or other), helping to develop the optimum project implementation structure and to ensure the proper preparation of the tender documents and the proper conduct of proceedings for the selection of a private partner. We advise our clients in negotiations and in drawing up contracts relating to the project (including its financing). In the case of more complex structures, we work with lawyers from other jurisdictions who specialize in legal advice on PPPs (particularly in the construction, public services, education and medical sectors).
