Our team advises on various aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring processes. We represent associates and shareholders of companies facing financial financial difficulties, as well as the creditors of such companies. We work for the management boards of companies selling and/or purchasing distressed assets. We represent customers involved in the process of restructuring credit liabilities.
