Our lawyers provide complex services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. We advise strategic and financial investors, as well as entrepreneurs. We have represented companies subject to acquisition (targets) as well as those acquiring other companies.

We have experience in asset sales effected through the sale of shares, the entire business of company or its parts and selected assets. We have created ways to exit from an investment, e.g. by merger or sale.

We have advised in a number of domestic and international transactions, in jurisdictions such as China, India, Russia, Kazakhstan and many others.

We are currently advising in the largest acquisitions made by Polish companies abroad.

On average we conduct ten M&A transactions per year.
