Agnieszka Michalska
Agnieszka Michalska specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and advises on company law, especially in capital companies issues, restructuring processes, as well as pharmaceutical law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the School of British and European law (Warsaw University and Cambridge University).
She gained her experience working in international companies: Deloitte, Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Magnusson.
