Bartosz Krassowski
Bartosz Krassowski specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, company law, advises in restructuring processes, distressed assets transactions, transactions on financial and capital markets including transactions relating to derivatives and other financial instruments.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the School of British and European law (Warsaw University and Cambridge University).
He has cooperated with British law firms (Nabarro Nathanson and Allen & Overy), and from 1999-2007 he advised in M&A processes while at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
